Full-Stack AI Engineer

As a Full-Stack AI Engineer at Zare Innovations, you are a master of your craft. You will be responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of our core products—from complex multi-agent AI systems to polished full-stack web and mobile applications. You thrive on solving hard problems, moving with speed, and leveraging the absolute latest in AI-native development tools, automation platforms, and frameworks to build robust, scalable, and intelligent software from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect & Build: Design and construct sophisticated, scalable multi-agent systems using modern frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.

• Full-Stack Development: Develop and maintain entire applications, owning everything from the database and backend APIs (Python/Node.js) to the pixel-perfect React/Next.js frontend.

• AI/ML Model Development: Build, train, and deploy custom machine learning models for computer vision, NLP, audio processing, and other domains using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.

• AI-Native Workflow: Champion and utilize an AI-first development process, using cutting-edge AI coding tools like Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and ChatGPT to accelerate coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.

• Automation & Integration: Build and orchestrate complex workflows using modern automation platforms like Zapier, Make, and API integrations to rapidly prototype and deploy solutions.

• End-to-End Ownership: Manage the complete DevOps lifecycle, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization with Docker, and infrastructure-as-code deployments on AWS.

• LLM & RAG Systems: Design and implement advanced RAG architectures, multi-vendor LLM routing, prompt engineering, and cost-optimized inference systems with memory and reasoning capabilities.

• Data Pipeline Engineering: Build robust data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training pipelines for production ML systems.

• Problem Solving: Act as the primary technical problem solver, rapidly iterating on solutions and making critical architectural decisions to move projects forward.

Technical Qualifications

This role requires deep, hands-on expertise across the entire modern AI stack. You must be able to demonstrate significant experience in the following areas:

• Backend Development: Python (Expert), FastAPI, Django, Flask, Node.js (Express.js), GraphQL, TypeScript •Frontend Development :Next.js (Expert), React, TailwindCSS, Redux, HTML/CSS

• AI & Agentic Frameworks:LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Microsoft 365 Agent SDK, OpenAI Agent SDK, MCP (Model Context Protocol)

• AI/ML & Deep Learning: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, SpeechBrain, CNN, Transfer Learning, Model Fine-tuning

• LLM & RAG Systems: OpenAI GPT, Gemini, Claude, Multi-vendor LLM routing, RAG architecture, Prompt engineering

• Computer Vision & Audio: Image classification, Medical imaging (X-ray analysis), Audio processing, Accent detection

• Databases: PostgreSQL (with pgvector), Vector Databases (Chroma, Pinecone), Redis, MongoDB, DynamoDB, MySQL, Neon

• Cloud & DevOps:AWS (CDK, Lambda, EC2, S3, Amplify, SQS, SES, RDS, DynamoDB), Docker, CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code
